The brand plans to launch additional websites showcasing other specialty markets, beginning with those currently featured on sothebysrealty.com: Golf, Skiing, Vineyards and Waterfront.
The Farm & Ranch specialty market website enables buyers and sellers to search for the finest rural and recreational properties and the sales professionals who represent them in the following segments: ranches, farms and plantations, estancias and haciendas, land, equestrian properties, fishing and hunting properties, vineyards, timberlands and investment acreage.
The website also highlights notable sales including the recent sale of The Bixby Ranch in California for $155 million and features area-focused sections and advanced search capabilities.
