The company reported annual property sales of $755 million as well as a record number of transactions totaling 1,034 sides. “There has never been a more complex operating environment than 2020,” said Chris Lynch, President. “There was an extended period of time where homes were nearly impossible to show followed by the inability for many out of state buyers to come to Maine to see properties for sale.
