Dawn Belliveau Joins Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty
Maine Real Estate (May 2019) – Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Maine’s leading luxury property company, with offices in Portland, Kennebunk, Brunswick, Damariscotta, and Camden, announced today that Dawn Belliveau has joined the Kennebunk office specializing in Southern York County real estate sales.

Dawn received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from University of Southern Maine and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State University. In 2014, after almost 20 years in the field of child welfare, she transitioned to a life-long dream of working in real estate. Dawn’s sense of integrity and professionalism and her strong desire to help others achieve their goals have served her well in real estate. Whether it’s a vacation home or year-round residence, Dawn works tirelessly to ensure that her sellers and buyers have successful and smooth real estate transactions. Her education and work experience combined with her extensive knowledge of the Southern Maine seacoast, enable her to offer her clients excellent negotiation and communication skills, effective marketing strategies, impeccable customer service and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Dawn is dedicated to giving back to the community and, through her volunteer work, she is able to continue her passion for bettering the lives of children. In recent years, she has volunteered for the York Public Schools and Yorkwise. She is also a mentor in the Family to Family Program at Boston Children’s Hospital Rheumatology Clinic and is a founding member and the former president of Cherish the Children, a foundation committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged youth in Lynn, MA.
