Real Estate Agent

Jessica has garnered a reputation within the real estate industry as a highly effective negotiator with
a consistent track record for completing complicated deals in record time. Whether it be your first
home or condominium, a second home, a pied-a-terre, or an investment property, Jessica is able to
guide you with finesse. A landlord herself, Jessica is proficient in providing in-depth knowledge on
local real estate investment and landlordship. Jessica’s business skill and acumen is second to
none.

Born and raised in Maine, with a Business Administration and Communication degree from The
University of Southern Maine, Jessica has been successful at blending the theory and method of
real estate. She was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast for 15 years which taught her to be
tenacious and dedicated; two skills that transfer well into her chosen profession. Jessica also has
New York City real estate experience under her belt, where she mainly focused on luxury trades.
Jessica is thrilled to be in Maine on a full time basis, and she is actively involved in the real estate
community serving as a member of The Greater Portland Board of Realtors, as well as The Maine
Real Estate and Development Association.

Jessica is committed to leading with honesty and integrity. She pledges to listen to, and internalize
every client’s needs and offer exceptional, tailored service. In doing so, Jessica fosters a relationship
between Client and Agent that lasts well beyond the transaction.

Skiing is one of Jessica’s lifelong passions, as well as spending time with her rescue dog, Hank. If
you’re looking for Jessica, you will find her strolling through Portland’s Old Port with Hank in tow first
thing most mornings.

Jessica believes that “Owning real estate is the keystone of both emotional and financial security,
and working with a loyal agent during this type of transaction is fundamental.”
