Amy Farrell

In 2005, Amy purchased a summer home at Diamond Cove on Great Diamond Island. During that time, she received her real estate license and became a Broker for a local boutique firm. She ran a successful branch office on the island for 10 years.

Soon after joining Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty as a Senior Vice President Broker, Amy built her year-round home on Great Diamond Island and now calls Diamond Cove her full-time residence. Amy is excited to represent a premier real estate company with expertise in waterfront and luxury island properties. She is an experienced Real Estate Broker with a demonstrated history of working with buyers and sellers of historic and waterfront properties. Amy is the former President of the Board of Directors at Rippleffect, an outdoor adventure camp on neighboring Cow Island, and continues to work closely with the local non-profit fundraising for their scholarship program. She also enjoys spending time on the waters of Casco Bay, gardening, and running the island trails with her golden retriever, Pearl.
