Client Testimonial

"Charlene guided my family through two residential property sales, one of which was quite complex. She was great to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We would gladly work with her again."

Charlene was instrumental in the sale of my 270-acre estate in northern Maine. She was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I felt that the resources and brand cache that Sotheby's offered were essential in putting this property in front of the right audience, which resulted in a sale within 90 days of listing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Charlene helped my husband and me find and buy a house in Maine. We found the perfect property, and quickly came to a mutually agreeable and fair price with the seller. All business was conducted with complete professionalism. She brought her experience, wisdom and humanity to the process at every stage. We are super excited to start this next chapter of our lives. Thank you, Charlene! I'm sure our relationship will be long and rewarding. My best, Shelly Townsend

Our long ordeal reminded me of something I should never have forgotten in the first place: the broker and the brokerage MAKE A DIFFERENCE!  We owned this gorgeous, large, expensive house in a location well off the beaten track. When we decided to sell, we tried three brokers before we happened upon Charlene. She somehow elicited more action in six months than the others did in three years. We sold the house, and are happily ensconced in our new home. Thanks, Charlene!
