Love Where You Live! Since 2002, I have specialized in selling coastal Properties primarily in York County Maine, primarily in the second homes and coastal homes market. As a realtor, I often refer to my career as matching the right people with the right home, helping many realize their dream. Not just selling homes but finding the right fit. Honesty, Integrity, High Ethical Standards and professionalism are of high importance. A great understanding of the various coastal communities, and the zoning in the coastal area helps in assisting both buyers and sellers who are not generally residents of Maine.
A Northborough, Massachusetts native, my first career was in Corporate sales. The challenge of negotiating and supporting large contracts with companies such as Wang, IBM, Nortel, H.P., Sycamore and other involved in technology and telecommunications Industries was interesting and fun. A former president of the New England Fiber Optic Council and member of many optical engineering associations, I was active in the fiber Optic Community. After several years of traveling the country for business and jogging in every major city in the continental U.S., the focus became getting off of airplanes and out of hotels. Seeking a way to live in my beloved cottage by the sea in Maine was my new goal. It was time to put the Real Estate Brokers license into active duty.
I love what I do and try to give more than 100% for every client. Each clients home is treated with the greatest respect; realizing that real estate is often your greatest single investment. All clients are valued and their homes treated like their castles. Failure is not an option.
On a personal front, I hold a B.A. from Worcester State College, took some MBA classes at Assumption College, and studied ceramics and photography at the Worcester Craft Center. I enjoy everything about the water, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, diving , and walking the beach. And also enjoy yoga, working out in the gym, tennis, skating and photographing the beautiful coast in all types of weather. Memberships include the Portland Art Museum, Biddeford Pool Yacht Club, Biddeford Pool Community club and others. The Mustang Rescue Ranch and Wood Island Light are two of my favorite local charities. Real estate affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maine Association of Realtors (MAR), and GRI designation (Graduate of Realtors Institute). Shutting off the phone and relaxing is my greatest challenge.
