The company also beat its own record for its highest-value property sale, “Floating Boulder” in Orland, Maine, for $8.5 million last year, with two extraordinary property sales of $9 million in Kennebunkport and $9.75 million in St. George. The company also succeeded in numerous record sales in multiple communities throughout the state.
