LPSIR Welcomes Alan DiStasio, Expanding Presence in New Hampshire

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Two City Center, Portland, Maine (May 2022)

Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce Alan DiStasio has joined the brokerage, expanding its presence further into New Hampshire. “We’ve known Alan DiStasio as an industry leader for years,” says Chris Lynch, President. “We are pleased to welcome him to Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty and expand our services for buyers and sellers in New Hampshire. Alan puts relationships first and his clients will benefit from his connections and the marketing exposure and technology powered by our brand, along with his passion for the area.”

Alan DiStasio’s 23-year real estate career began in Litchfield County, Connecticut, eventually becoming CEO of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty in New Hampshire and Vermont. Whether managing associates or working with clients, Alan’s formula for success is based on clear communication, transparency, sound strategic advice, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that clients’ needs always come first.

Today’s real estate market has brushed aside traditional norms. To be successful, sellers and buyers must rely on an experienced real estate practitioner with a personal network that reaches far beyond local boundaries. Alan’s 15-year association with Sotheby’s International Realty has produced a personal referral network approaching over 700 associates around the globe.

Alan’s wife, Susan, is his administrative partner, and together, they comprise the Ridgeline Realty Group. Susan’s 44-year background in health care (the past eleven at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center) as both an executive leader and doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner has provided her with a deep understanding of the need to be responsive to every individual’s needs. You can be assured that your buying or selling real estate requirements will receive the attention they deserve when working with Alan and Susan.

The couple moved to Hanover, New Hampshire, in 2011 to be closer to the places they love to hike…the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the Green Mountains of Vermont. They possess a passion for walking in the great outdoors. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a two-mile loop out their back door or an extended trek in one of the world’s great mountain ranges… it’s the best way to recharge and formulate ideas.

Alan and Susan are members of the President’s Society of the Appalachian Mountain Club and were accepted into the AMC’s Four Thousand-Footer Club, having successfully climbed all 48 mountains in New Hampshire higher than 4000′. They are also members of the Green Mountain Club in Vermont and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

Alan and Susan also enjoy the visual arts. They have been members of AVA Gallery in Lebanon, New Hampshire, for several years. Alan joined AVA’s board in the fall of 2019 and was elected to the board’s chairmanship in September of 2020.

An effective real estate practitioner understands that real estate is a relationship-based endeavor that happens to involve the buying and selling of real estate. Call Alan today to learn about the unique differences working with the Ridgeline Realty Group will provide.
