Pierre Bouchard

Experience and Education

Pierre Bouchard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and pursued further business study at Rivier College.

The quest for knowledge embodied in the liberal arts tradition has driven Pierre’s career. A committed entrepreneur, he created his own real estate investment business following several very successful ventures in high tech startups. Since 2001, Pierre has acquired select properties that offered untapped “highest and best use” potential. His highly developed skills with advanced design technology enables him to explore creative uses for many types of residential properties.

Philosophy

Pierre’s earlier focus on designing, building and selling his own projects has recently evolved into his work as a real estate professional, where he can leverage his ability to sell real estate property for the benefit of others, locate the perfect properties for his clients, and when needed, help them visualize their dreams by tapping into his highly developed design and creation skills.

Personal

Pierre has lived in New Hampshire and Maine his entire life. He lived 22 years in Hollis, NH where his son and daughter graduated from local schools. An affinity for the virtues of coastal living brought Pierre and his wife Julie to live on the coast, first in York ME for 10 years and currently in Hampton NH. Pierre loves the outdoors, golf and hiking and is an avid and skilled amateur chef.
