Real Estate Agent

A lifelong resident of Cape Elizabeth and Pine Point Beach in Scarborough, Andrea considers herself lucky to still call these places home. After graduating from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communications she moved back to Maine and spent 15 years freelancing in graphic design. Running her own business allowed Andrea to hone skills necessary to rise in the realtor ranks: negotiation strategy, communication, honesty, responsiveness and creative thinking. Shifting gears from design to real estate in 2005 was seamless as the end goal is one and the same: satisfied clients. Andrea is diligent about maintaining the level of trust she builds with clients. Her relationships with banks, inspectors, builders, title companies, attorneys and other brokers all help to make transactions flow smoothly. Whether it's waterfront or woods, city or suburbs, clients are her priority. All of this has contributed to Andrea's tremendous success: year after year she has ranked in the top 100 of all sales agents in Maine. Time off is spent attempting acrylic painting and enjoying what the fabulous state of Maine offers - preferably doing it while bobbing around on 3 Sea Sons, their family boat. Her three sons are knee deep in Maine’s maritime world: two are commercial lobstermen out of Portland and licensed marine engineers who ship out internationally in the off-season. Her youngest, an undergraduate student in Boston, is earning his commercial lobstering license through Maine’s apprentice program. And for those who are curious: Yes, you can get tired of eating lobster!
