The Maine Inn Brokerage Team is devoted exclusively to the buying and selling of Inn/B&B properties throughout the state of Maine. Ed Mitchell from the Camden office who has over 20 years of marketing, communication and sales skills; Rick Griffin in the Kennebunk office who has over 22 years of Inn ownership experience and 9 years of real estate sales experience; Lois Lengyel who has background in residential real estate along with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and resort property management; and John McCarthy who has more than 30 years of experience as a former owner/operator of a 60-unit waterfront motel in Midcoast Maine and as a hospitality consultant with clients in New York, Florida and the West Indies.
