Innkeeper's Space:
The 1802 House has extraordinary Innkeeper’s space. It’s like a separate home although it is attached to the Inn. It can best be described by listing the rooms and amenities. A tour of the space starts with the large gourmet kitchen with Garland Range. For the Innkeeper’s convenience, there is also a small office off the kitchen. A short stairway leads to the living room with wood burning fireplace, the dining room with gas fireplace, a private screened in porch off the dinning room and a room with wet bar for personal entertaining. This floor also contains a small office and powder room. A stairway to the 2nd floor leads to a beautiful master bedroom with wood burning fireplace, built in closets throughout the room and a luxury bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Across from the master suite is a 2nd bedroom with shower bath. Both of these rooms overlook the Cape Arundel Golf Course. The quarters are private yet very accessible to meeting guests needs.
