Real Estate Agent

A lifelong resident of Cape Elizabeth and Pine Point Beach in Scarborough, Andrea considers herself lucky to still call these places home. After graduating from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Communications she moved back to Maine and spent 15 years as a graphic designer for national companies both large and small. Being self employed allowed her to hone skills that match those of a top realtor: negotiation strategy, communication, honesty, responsiveness and creative thinking. Shifting gears from design to real estate in 2005 was a seamless transition since the end goal is one and the same: satisfied clients.

Working with sellers and buyers in the Greater Portland market, Andrea is diligent about maintaining the level of trust she builds with clients. Her relationships with banks, inspectors, builders, title companies, attorneys and other brokers all help to make transactions flow smoothly. Whether it's waterfront or woods, city or suburbs, Andrea’s clients are her priority. All of this has contributed to her tremendous success: she has been a multi-million dollar producer year over year, and was recently ranked in the top 100 of all sales agents in Maine.

Time off is spent attempting to master the arts of silversmithing and painting, and enjoying time with her husband and three sons - preferably on a beach or pickleball court, or bobbing around the islands on their boat. Her sons are knee deep in Maine’s maritime world: two are commercial lobstermen out of Portland, and also licensed marine engineers shipping out internationally in the off-season. Her youngest is an undergraduate student studying finance at Babson College, and is earning his commercial lobstering license through Maine’s apprentice program. And for those doubters: Yes, you can get tired of eating lobster!
