#1 in Maine for Single Family Residential and Condo Sales Over $400,000 in 2017

The company reported that it closed 428 transaction sides totaling $340 million in this category last year. This segment of the market is one of the most competitive in Maine, with hundreds of agencies and thousands of agents competing for the best properties throughout the state.
